Crayfish, otherwise known as rock lobster, are plentiful in New Zealand and are considered a delicacy all over the world.

Commonly found along rocky coastlines, our crayfish are sustainably harvested by our team at Karaka Lobster just off the coast of our home at Waipapa Bay.
